About the Role:
Elevate HR, a leading cloud-based service company in the HR industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developement Associates to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth and success of Elevate HR. You will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, conducting software demonstrations, and closing deals. Additionally, you will act as a consultant, understanding prospects' critical business issues and strategic initiatives to provide tailored solutions using our innovative software.
- Generate new business opportunities:
- Prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, leveraging networks, industry events, and online platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target prospects and understand their needs.
- Utilize effective sales strategies and techniques to engage potential clients and generate leads.
- Drive the sales process:
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build business relationships with them.
- Present Elevate HR's software solutions to prospects, highlighting the benefits and addressing their specific pain points.
- Conduct software demonstrations to showcase the features and functionality of our HR management software.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales revenue goals.
- Act as a "solutions expert" consultant:
- Understand prospects' unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives related to HR management.
- Provide consultative guidance and present tailored solutions that align with the prospects' specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with the product owner to relay prospect requirements and contribute to the development of future product enhancements.
- Share ideas and new business development strategies:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Share insights, market feedback, and innovative ideas with the sales and marketing team to drive continuous improvement and optimize business development efforts.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue goals:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and deliver compelling presentations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions, HR management systems, and processes will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
