The Bridge Career Launch Program is a comprehensive career development initiative designed to empower university students and recent graduates with critical skills and real-world exposure to navigate the current and future workplace.  

Through our immersive virtual training- a comprehensive two-month Career Launch and a specialized one-month AI-focused Developer program - participants gain practical skills, industry exposure, and valuable networking opportunities with leading experts. We bridge the gap between in-class learning and the skills required to thrive in the 21st century.

Position Overview:
A motivated and dynamic B2C Sales Fellow to drive individual program enrollments while supporting alumni engagement and marketing initiatives. This role is critical in expanding the program’s reach and ensuring that every student and graduate benefits from our career preparation, technical skills, and soft skills offerings. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving edtech solutions, skilled in sales and marketing, and excited to build meaningful relationships with students and alumni.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Outreach
    • Actively drive individual enrollments for both the 2-month Bridge Career Launch Program and Developers program.
    • Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through various channels such as referrals, and campus activations.
    • Track and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
  2. Alumni Engagement and Relations
    • Develop and implement an alumni engagement strategy to maintain connections with program graduates.
    • Plan and coordinate alumni events, webinars, or workshops that provide ongoing learning and networking opportunities.
    • Collect feedback from alumni to continuously improve the program and understand long-term impact.
    • Act as the main point of contact for alumni, helping them stay connected with the Bridge community and supporting their career journeys.
  3. Marketing Support
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns targeted at potential students and parents.
    • Assist in organizing the students for testimonials and success stories to highlight program impact and build credibility together with the marketing team.
    • Analyze enrollment data and campaign performance, sharing insights to improve marketing strategies.
  4. Data and Reporting
    • Regularly update the sales and alumni engagement pipeline, providing weekly reports on progress.
    • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving the sales process, marketing efforts, and alumni engagement strategy.
    • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with program goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Final year students/Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • 3 months to1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic or extracurricular activities
  • Proven track record of meeting targets or achieving goals in any capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools is a plus
